Right now, you can only capture 32 bit games with 32 bit OBS, and only 64 bit games with 64 bit OBS. It's a limitation of the way game capture works.

I have had the same problem with PhotoShop CC 2015.5, but not with the new version of Lightroom--it works okay. I have tried all suggestions with no luck. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. I checked port 80 and it was available. Not skype nor firewall was blocking port 80. Deleted it, the whole of it.

I format my comp from win10 to win7 perhaps 1 month ago. I havent got that problem before. I have 0xc000007b problem.

Or you can try AiO software to update Runtime libraries (one of the possible fixes). Résoudre l’erreur 0xc000007b sur Windows 10.
